Lesley Zaret, LICSW is a psychotherapist and teacher. She has a gift of combining empathy, clarity of mind, humor and a love of psychology. She brings a soulful quality to her counseling and teaching that inspires her clients and students to deepen their awareness mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Lesley has over 25 years of experience integrating traditional psychotherapy with Jungian influenced therapeutic dream work, embodied imagination, yoga, mindfulness practices, stress management and many other tools. Helping clients to navigate through and understand their dreams improves their communication skills, relationships, self knowledge and assists them to make better choices in all aspects of their lives. Lesley loves reading, nature, music, singing, theology, metaphor and those moments when there are awakenings to new ways of seeing ourselves and our world.
Lesley has been a regional representative and workshop presenter for the International Association for the Study of Dreams (www.asdreams.org). She teaches Human Sexuality and Abnormal Psychology at Endicott College and Psychopathology and social work practice at Salem State University School of Social Work. Lesley offers consultation for clinicians about their professional and personal work with dreams.

She is also a trained practitioner for Voice Dialogue™ and uses this process, along with other practices, to help her clients experience true inner harmony as they come to know, love, and appreciate all parts of their beautiful, divine being.
Beth is well known for her ability to help people deepen their connection with their sleeping dreams and waking life stories as a way to receive trusted insight and guidance. She works with clients individually, facilitates dream groups and also develops and conducts workshops that teach people about sleeping dreams and how to use dreams as a path to personal development, healing and insightful guidance.
